taco de sesos in dfw
For the last three weeks, I had visited many taco shops - taquerías - across the entire DFW area and still no luck finding a place that serves taco de sesos - beef brain tacos.
Can anyone please tell me where I can get taco de sesos?

Thanks for all your tips, my new friends. I went to both Taqueria Ganajua and Tipico's places and they no longer serve taco de sesos although Ganajua still has it in their menu.
So this is the end of my quest for taco de sesos in dfw area unless someone gives me a strong recommendation.
I used to live in East L.A for over eight years, and I have really good taste for tacos and burritos. My two favorite Mexican restaurants are El Taurino and King Taco. Since I moved here to DFW, none of the Mexican restaurants I tried came close to them.
So far, i think tacos in these two small taquerias in Dallas taste the best in my opinion.Tacos El Guero

re: JethroSpanks
Better than say Taqueria y Birrieria Colima across the street inside the Valero at Coporate and 35? I will have to try Taco Grande out though.....you have piqued my curiosity. Try out the buche and montalayo at Colima both solid choices and very hard to find elsewhere in the Metroplex.

One of my favorite spots, esp. for lunch, is Taqueria Ganajua on Harry Hines @ Lombardy. It doesn't look like much from the street but the food is solid, and a < $5 for three tacos, rice, lardy smooth beans, and six bowls of condiments it can't be beat. They definately have Tacos de Sesos on the menu, I can't comment on their quality because the last time I ate beef brains my grandpa just slaughtered it, but they are there for you to try...
