Does anyone know where to find acaraje (Brazilian black-eyed-pea fritters) in the Bay area? Or perhaps a restaurant specializing in food from Bahia (northern state in Brazil)?
If you're in the South Bay, you could try Joao's Restaurant on Washington in Santa Clara. If he doesn't have it, he will probably know where you can get it.
