What should I have at L'atelier de Joel Robuchon

Hi guys....I have always wanted to have a drink at the Four Seasons and decided to make a reservation for this Friday at Joel Robuchon. I know it is pricey, but they have a menu that you can have 2 or 3 appetizers for much less than the tasting menu.

Has anyone been there lately and what should I order? What are the must haves there?

  1. not an app, but a must-have is the caramelized quail stuffed w/foie gras. close eyes & swoon....

    1. I had had and enjoyed the egg dishes, the oysters, the scallop, the quail, the burgers with foie, and a few of the vegetable dishes. There is also a summer menu now with set prices depending on how many courses you want that I remember as being fairly reasonable.

      1. The drumstick like cuisse de grenouille together with the pomme puree! Unbelievable

        1. The burgers and the langoustine en papillote are the two things that I always get there, at any of their locations. Any entree that will get you the pomme puree side will definitely fill you up, and my suggestion would be the quail as well.
