Fried Garlic

I bought a bottle of fried garlic from my local asian mart because it looked good and the ingredient list was simply garlic and palm oil. Is there a traditional dish that's made with this? I was thinking of working it into some gambas al ajillo, but there's quite a bit and I can maybe stretch it into two different dishes. Any ideas?

Sprinkle them on fried rice, noodles, in Asian style soups, etc. My friend used to sprinkle them on a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Use as topping over toufoo, steamed and sprinkled with the garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Also can be sprinkled over simple stir-fried vegetables to give a bit more texture and flavour.

They're used as a topping for foods like congee or soup. Think of them as the Asian version of French's onion rings. They're a bit sharper than I would use for shrimp, but it could be good.

At a restaurant I like in Mexico it is served at the table in a small dish as a sauce for fish. The crunchy nuggets are delicious, the frying dumbs down the bite of the garlic a bit, and some flavor infuses into the oil. I have only seen it at the one place and they of course make it up fresh.
