Where to eat late at night in the Palm Springs area?

I'm going to be arriving at the Palm Springs airport at around 10:30 p.m. on a Friday night, and I'm going to be hungry! I'll have a car - where can I eat in the Coachella Valley at that time of night? Are there any local diners, or anything other than fast food, IHOP and Denny's? I'm hoping for something reasonably healthy, if possible. Thanks!

As I recall, you can get food relatively late at Matchbox.

Fast food, IHOP, and Denny's. Also, the casinos always have something open -- check a few of their Web sites.

Forget the Spa Casino, the thing they 24 hour thing the call a deli isn't even adequate.

The Third Corner in Palm Desert serves food until 1:00 AM.

I think the bar at the Yardhouse in Rancho Mirage serves late.
