Where to have a decent breakfast after picking up someone from JFK?

I am picking up a friend from JFK at 6am tomorrow and want to take her to breakfast afterward. My first thought is Balthazar and I assume I can find parking in SoHo at 7am on a weekday, right? Any other ideas? I am also not opposed to Jackson Hole, but was looking for something a little nicer.

I'm pretty sure the signs for parking change at 8:00am, and I beleive they don't open until 7:30 at the earliest. But they do have a good breakfast.
