West Hartford, CT--anyone know what's replacing Barb's Pizza?

I was saddened a couple of months ago when a friend came over to hang out and all she wanted was some awesome Barb's Pizza but we called to place our order and the phone rang and rang and rang. A few short weeks later I saw some restaurant supply trucks there emptying out the place.

Does anyone know what will come of the location (on the corner of S. Quaker Lane and Park Road)? I'm seriously hoping it doesn't become a Friendly's again. (bleech!)

Courant.com had a story on this a few days ago. Basically looks like Udolf is up to his usual nonsense. No word on what's going in yet, nothing is signed.

I've gotta say it's odd that Barb's found a cheaper rent in WH Center than what they were paying on Park Road. Regardless, I'm definitely hoping the location becomes another good restaurant. I will also happily hit the new location of Barb's. Their pizza w/ sausage and ricotta is amazing.

Does Barb still own Harry's in the center? Might call up there and see if they know..
