birthday gift for a foodie?

Its my fiance's birthday in two weeks. He loves food.. both eating and cooking. Besides restaurants and cooking classes in the city, any other ideas of food experiences fit for a foodie?

    It would have to be a weekend trip, but the Inn at Little Washington is WONDERFUL!!
