Best Chicken-Fried Steak In Seattle Area?
OK, I'm in a low-brow mood, and I'm wondering what people consider the best chicken-fried steak joint in the area. Dish? Jules Maes? The Five Point? Beth's? Just to frame the discussion, let's omit the spuds/toast/extras, and limit ourselves to the steak, breading, seasoning, gravy and preparation.
Who wins, and why?

I like the CFS at Peso's. The breading is not too flour-y and the habañero gravy is really good.
I liked the CFS at Geraldine's Counter too but it's been to long for me to remember why I liked it.

99% of Seattle restaurants that serve chicken fried steak use prepackaged, frozen steaks from Sysco or Food Services of America. Then they deep fry it to to ensure it's terrible. The vast majority of Puget Sounders have never had a real chicken fried steak and don't know the difference. (Ignorence is culinary bliss.) The ONLY decent chicken fry I've had is at the Steelhead Diner on their breakfast menu. However, they recently have taken it off the menu but I'm told you might be able to still order it with advance notice. Otherwise, get on a plane to Dallas.
