First and Hope - just terrific

Went with a buddy to First and Hope. Neither could have been more pleased. It is a lovely space, with very good service, great cocktails and the food was wonderful. I don't have time for a lengthy review, but every dish we tried, from the amazing stuffed pork chop to the mac-n-cheese flight, was top notch. I had a martini that rived Musso's as well. If anyone is interested, they have some very cool y hour deals 5-7 as well, including $5 friend chicken and potato salad on Tuesdays. I can't wait to go back.

How recent was this? I believe they recently changed chefs. Not sure what's going on now, or who is manning the kitchen.

Saturday night. I had no idea there was a switch. It was my first time. We really loved it. Another tidbit.. I am southern born, have been a pimento cheese fanatic all my life, make it every couple of months, and theirs, which is served as a spread with the 'bread course', was the best I have ever had.
