Italian Restaurant on Strip

Hi,

I am looking for a traditional Italian Restuarant located on the strip. We are already going to Il Mulino, and have been to Rao's.

We have four nights and so far are going to Craftsteak, CUT, and Il Mulino and looking for one more Italian place.

Price is not an issue, just looking for the best Italian restaurant with a traditional menu oppposed to the more extravagent dishes I have been seeing with alot of these places.

Thank you in advance.

B & B in Ventian is outstanding - my favorite retaurant in town. Batali's other restaurant in the Palazzo, Carnevino is also phenomenal, and they offer something you can only get there - Their Riserva Steaks, steaks that have been dry-aged for a minimum of 240 days - really spectacular for the beef lover...

Easy, Sinatra in Encore, or Bartolotta in Wynn.

Every time we go to Las Vegas we go to the inexpensive but delicious old school Bootlegger Bistro.
It's on Las Vegas Blvd. a little past the car rental return place
