Lobster, water views, Portsmouth

We're heading to Portsmouth next month with some out-of-town friends, driving up from central Massachusetts.

Any suggestions for:
1. Lunch places along the coast in New Hampshire and/or Southern Maine where we can get good lobster? (And a water view!)
2. Dinner suggestions for Portsmouth?
