Burrata cheese in Orlando...

Corporate_40 Aug 9, 2010 06:41 AM

Just a heads up that I picked up some burrata cheese at the Whole Foods on Sand Lake Road, and was very pleased with the taste and overall quality of it.

I've had trouble finding it in Orlando, so thought I'd share the find. Its a little expensive at $8.99 for a 6 oz ball. But if you're craving it, its worth the price.

Served it with heirloom tomatoes with a pickled pistachio relish.

There is a guy somewhere in the Palm Beach County area who produces small batch Burrata. Anyone know where? It is served at Amici Ristorante
