Eclectic wine selection, Western Mass.

Hi, hounds,

Okay, so you might have guessed that I regularly traipse the Berkshires. I like a good bottle of wine with dinner, but find myself rather bored with the blah Kung Fu Girl Riesling and overpriced California Zinfandels. I want something strange, with preferably a wide range of vintages, and within the $10-200 budget. Show me a Beaucastel, an Eitselbacher, anything and everything interesting and off the beaten path.

    1. I'm a Riesling lover, and Nejaime's in Lenox (on Route 7A) usually has a good selection, with some really fine wines (well, I love 'em) in the $10 - $25.00 range. They have a new supplier whose wares I sampled at their tent sale tasting the end of June, and she poured some beauties, perfectly balanced, sweet and acidity. ELEGANT.

Oh, man, that sounds sumptuous! I'll go with the missus and let you know what I think. :)
