Roman-style Italian

After a wonderful few days in Rome, I'm wondering where can we find Roman-style cooking, including but not limited to the fantastic thin & crispy crusted pizzas.

No pizza, but Melograno serves Roman-style dishes; I believe the chef is Roman.

Marc Vetri's Amis is supposed to be "Roman Italian" but for pizza you'd have to go to Osteria.
