Tofu Marinades

Just recently did a 24-hour tofu marinade consisting of plenty of soy sauce, half a can of Jumex Mango juice, some lime and lemon juice, a lot of black pepper, and cumin.

It turned out very well and I'm wondering if any one here has some original or modified tofu marinade that they could would like to offer up?

I tried one the other day that was just simple, I read it in a book at a book store and it was too easy to forget. 2tbs each of ketchup, soy sauce and dark sesame oil. It didn't really say marinade, but I let it sit in the bowl for a while before baking at 350 for 30-40 minutes. It was alright, nothing fancy, but whatever tofu is cheap I can try as many as I want really :)

I may try this and use sriracha instead of ketchup.

Forgot to mention the use of chili oil... Heat is essential, of course.
