Looking for some primarily vegetarian carry outs at Eden Center.

My favorite selection is the vegetable 'cake' at Than Son Tofu. You can find it in the case with the fried tofu, though they usually run out quickly. It comes in a rectangular aluminum tray.

My guess is that would work. They cost about $6.50 and easily feed two. Savory, not sweet.

We plan to try Than Son Tofu and Song Que tomorrow and sample their vegetarian fare. Thanks for your suggestions.

I was in Song Que yesterday, the bahn mi shop, and I saw that they had a vegetarian section.

Song Que has a chili-and-lemongrass marinated tofu that is really excellent on a banh mi. I think its better than their chicken/pork offerings.
