Pasadena Farmers Market/Pickling Cukes?

Anyone bought good pickling cukes at the Pasadena Saturday Market?
I was just in the SF Bay Area and there were awesome pickling cucumbers. Seen any here?

Yes. Although I have never made pickles, I know that at least one vendor sells pickling cucumbers and about 2-3 other kinds as well. I don't know the name, but the guy is also known as the pepper guy because of the myriad varieties of peppers sold as well. It's the vendor located at the very southeast tip of the market, right on the corner, sort of at a right angle to Regier Farms (peaches, nectarines, etc.) They have various stone fruits, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and I'm not sure what else. I usually buy some of the peppers, tomatoes and Persian cukes. They offer samples of a mix of peppers, tomatoes and cukes marinated in lemon juice to give you an idea of what you can do with their produce. They don't sell the salad, just the fixins for it.
