Visby/Gotland/Sweden

We are traveling to Visby the last week of August and are looking for restaurant recommendations. We won't have a car, so in Visby is best. We are open to lunch or dinner suggestions. Prefer not to go to the loudest/drunkest places (we know there are some there). We eat most anything; prefer to try more Swedish/local type foods, but know the choices may be limited there (and wouldn't want to miss something really good!). Thanks!
