Nizza Brunch/Lunch! Amazing!

Since I moved away from El Cerrito I haven't been able to go to my fav restaurant Nizza la Bella in awhile. I did get over to try the brunch once and didn't post about it, although everyone was impressed. Today I took a coworker and he was so impressed he said I had underrepresented it.
We started with the Salad Lyonnaise, which I had told him was the best one I have ever had, and my friend agreed. We had a pizzetta with goat cheese and garlic which was excellent. The meatball sandwich was made with pork, veal and beef and was very flavorful. And finally we had a Croque Madame which we were too stuffed to finish. The cocktails were original, and refreshing and the pineapple upside down cake delicious.
But the really amazing thing is that the price point is so reasonable, most of the entrees are around eight dollars which makes it the perfect place for a quick lunch during the week. I was surprised that there weren't more people there. I recommend checking it out!

I should add they are open Wed through Sunday from 11 to 3 for the lunch and brunch menu.

I was worried that they'd stopped serving brunch/lunch, since it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere on their website anymore. Good to hear it's still going strong.

I've been there for lunch twice on weekdays, and once for brunch on the weekend. I hope this takes off, because it is a great causal business lunchspot, and a nice alternative on the weekend.
