I had a pretty good meal recently at Los Arcos Cafe on Main St. just a few doors to the west of 10th St. I've only been there the one time, I had an enchilada and a chile relleno and they were both pretty tasty. The chips were fresh and there was a nice selection of salsas at the little takeaway salsa bar. It was nothing spectacular, but it was quite reasonably priced and I was happy with it.
