Who in Baltimore makes a great Pimm's Cup?

Where can I get the best one in town?

  1. Call 13.5% in Hampden. I don't know about a Pimm's Cup but I had a decent Sazerac there a couple weeks ago. They might do it. Also, I'd bet the bar chef at B&O Brasserie could make a good one, just because he's awesome.

We did end up at B&O. Courtney didn't actually end up with a Pimm's Cup, but she had a variation made with Pimm's and vodka that was very good, as was the food. Thanks for the recs!

Oh cool. Yeah, B&O Is really creating some terrific food and drinks these days. I had read this interview with the head bar chef and figured they would be a good pick:

    2. Clementine has a great drink with Pimm's called a Gertrude Stein. Pimm's, lime juice, chamomile simple syrup and lemon-lime soda. I've been recreating it at home all summer and it's filled in nicely for us when we might usually go for a Pimm's Cup. (Even our British friends dig it.)

      1. This is late, but The Prime Rib makes an excellent Pimm's Cup. It was offered as late as November which was when i had it.

        1. I'm always looking for a good Pimm's. Had a surprisingly good one at Golden West a while back but they haven't had it back on the menu since. I would check out Woodberry Kitchen--man they have good mixed drinks--and Mr. Rain's in AVAM. They may not have Pimm's per se but they have extremely competent bartenders.
