Bellvue dinner rec for tomorrow night for Vancouverite

We will be staying at the Grand Hyatt tomorrow night and were looking for a dinner rec in Bellvue. We like Italian, French, Indian, Thai, and Pacific Northwest cuisine (seafood:). Not looking for anything particular just really good food. Prefer local/sustainable preparations but not a must. Thanks in advance.

Two immediate restaurants that come to mind in downtown Bellevue and a short walk from your hotel would be Monsoon East and Bis on Main. Enjoy your visit!

Very disappointing lunch at Bis on Main recently - not sure if it was before or after the new chef. Had an interpretation of a salad nicoise that just didn't work.

Vancouver, BC? Forget Indian, because you get much better in Vancouver. I suggest that you forget Bellevue and head on out to Kirkland. The best Italian there will be Cafe Juanita. http://www.cafejuanita.com/. It's on almost everyone's best list. Don't expect red sauce. Or for Pacific Northwest, try Trellis, http://www.trellisrestaurant.net/inde.... The chef grows much of his own produce.
