Favorite dish at Picasso
I do love the quail salad. Simple (and small) but oh so good. Anything that has the cauliflower moussiline…I don't know what is in it but holy cow is it light and good. Oysters (s)lightly cooked in their shells topped with caviar. Have a great time and just a tip: If you have a special bottle of wine that you want to bring they do have a corkage fee ($40 last time I looked). Robert the sommelier is one of, if not THE best in the game.
