Favorite dish at Picasso

My wife and I will be having dinner at Picasso in about a week. Anyone have a fav dish they'd like to recommend? Should I just go for the tasting menu, and if so which one? Thanks, Prizat

  1. I do love the quail salad. Simple (and small) but oh so good. Anything that has the cauliflower moussilineā€¦I don't know what is in it but holy cow is it light and good. Oysters (s)lightly cooked in their shells topped with caviar. Have a great time and just a tip: If you have a special bottle of wine that you want to bring they do have a corkage fee ($40 last time I looked). Robert the sommelier is one of, if not THE best in the game.
