I have to agree with semanticantics. While there is a growing community of folks that keep kosher in the Twin Cities, it's still a very small market segment. Economics typically rule the day, and since most people go to the State Fair to eat all of the terrible-for-you foods, a kosher vendor will be hard pressed to capture the walk-by traffic. Couple that with the waiting list to even get a food booth at the fair, and I can see why none of the traditional kosher joints try to make a push.
That said, I'd eat any kosher meat put on a stick....kugel on a stick....

Why? Not a huge customer base. You're open two weeks a year, do you sell to the 99 percentile or the 1 percentile?
