Looking For A Butcher In Kitchener-Cambridge-Guelph Area

Hello, I am looking into getting a whole pig carcass cut up into specific cuts by a butcher. Where should I go in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Guelph Area, that has reasonable prices? The last butcher said it was .50cents a pound to cut and wrap it!!! HELP recommendations?

Robert Huber has Berkshire cross sows at his farm in Mt. Forest. They are butchered by an old order firm to spec. and flash frozen. The carcass price is $95/lb with a slight addition for s&h. I have ordered a half there and it was excellent, cut as I specified. The hock was 12" long and had lots of meat; haven't seen that elsewhere.

      Try Brady's Meats in Waterloo - www.bradysmeats.com
There is also Dipietro Fresh Meat in Cambridge - www.dipietros.ca

Second Bradys (in a strip mall at the corner of Phillip and Albert Streets). Great meat, and in my experience, super accommodating, when possible. If you're looking for something specific, I recommend calling ahead.
