Inexpensive dinner in Soho/Noho tonight

The restaurant doesn't need nice decor or fancy finish, just good food for a good price.

Party of 3, myself, girlfriend and friend, so it is a pretty casual dinner, just would like to have the best food for the price (I don't often eat around there).

We're looking to pay 30/person at most...

Thanks so much, I know this isn't an easy request :)

      - Cafe Gitane (prince and Mott) for French/Moroccan - outdoor seating, less than $30, healthy and adorable.
      - Five Points (great Jones and Bowery) for modern American, classy but not too expensive
      - Macondo (Houston and Chrystie) for Latin American street food and amazing Sangria
      - Tre (lower east side but close enough) for pretty good Italian, great vibe and ~$25

Bianca, Little Frankies, L'asso all come to mind. All Italian but they are good value for the money.
