Shanghai City
I read on Kirk's blog that they are closed for "renovations" and plan to reopen on 8/8 under new ownership. Supposedly the new owners are the same as the ones that own Spicy City.
Anyone have any more information about the new "Shanghai City"? Hopefully they will keep the Niu Rou Mein on the menu and it will as good as it used to be.
