Craigie usually does a lower than usual price prix fixe (limited choices) during RW.

Would someone also be willing to tally how many RW week menus will feature some sort of braised short rib? I'm going to put the over/under at 17.

Braised short rib can be great in the Fall or Winter but not exactly what I am looking for in August!
