If you're looking for a different Monday red beans and rice place, try Crescent Pie and Sausage Company. Went last night. The red beans and rice come with either andouille or chicken sausage with fennel seed, plus a half-pint of NOLA beer. Creamy, well-seasoned, tasty chicken sausage, NOLA special brew (wheat with lemon and basil, if I recall). Give it a try!
