grass fed beef

Does anyone know if the grass-fed beef you can get from local farms near Birmingham is wet or dry aged?

Boutwell's supposedly dry-ages its beef, although the Web site does not mention that. Not sure about some of the others, but here are links to contact a few. Let us know what they say, please.
