I've worked and eaten in the neighborhood for 25 years and would definitely recommend against Turner Fisheries and Skipjacks.
There are closer Legals -- on in Copley Place and one in the Pru (maybe about as far as Park Sq.) If you decide to go there (better choice than above) I'd avoid the Pru, since it's a "training" location for new staff.
Even though Atlantic Fish is part of a chain, it's a better choice.
In Boston, almost every good restaurant offers fresh seafood.
I, too, would opt for the walk to B and G, though

re: C. Hamster
I live in this neighborhood. Not wild for any particular seafood spot in the close vicinity, but I go to Atlantic Fish much more frequently than the others and have never had an unsatisfying meal.
On the other hand, I'm done with Legal's, Skipjacks, Summer Shack, and would never pay to eat at any of them again.

You should note that if your budget is "all in", none of the suggestions (bar possibly Peach Farm) will be within budget, unless you just have appetizers.
If you just have a lobster roll, and nothing else, you might just squeeze by a tad over budget

I have not been there in many years, but Turner Fisheries in the Westin Hotel I think is still pretty good. Not far over in Park Square there is a Legal's. Several blocks up Boylston is Atlantic Fish which I like. Entrees should generally run in the 20's or so at these places, but add in drinks, appetizers whatnot and you will go over your budget. The very casual Summer Shack is a number of blocks up on Dalton St. right off of Boylston.
