if you are looking for the veal version, good luck! Veal is pretty scarce in PDX Italian restaurants it seems. I do believe I have seen a chicken version at JoPa in SW.

Hey, is it time for my whereTF is the veal in this town rant again? So soon?! ;o)

Best bet to find veal on an Italian menu in town is at Mama Mia's Trattoria downtown. But, alas, saltimbocca is not on it.

And Basta's usually has an ossobucco Milanese made with veal shank.
