Pho An on NE 63rd and Sandy, and Binh Minh (for banh mi sandwiches) on NE 68th and Broadway. Ristretto Roasters for coffee at NE 42nd and Fremont. There's a lot of good places in the 2000-3000 blocks of Alberta and Killingsworth, but those aren't quite as close--they're about 2 miles from where you're staying. There's also good places on SE 82nd, but those would be about 3 miles.
