Peking duck steamed buns
I recently discovered those in Flushing (Queens, New York) as street food. ..so it didn't involve sitting in a restaurant and ordering a three-course Peking duck. It was quick, cheap and soooo delicious (there was skin AND meat in them). I know there's no street food in Montreal's Chinatown, but I'm wondering if there is any restaurant where people can only order these duck buns. It is definitely a must!
