Place for classic cocktails in White Plains or elsewhere in lower Westchester?

Anyone know of any good places in White Plains or elsewhere in lower Westchester where you can get well-made, classic cocktails that are reasonably priced? Not interested in places with "mixologists" that boast 50 different variations of martinis, or places where the cocktails end up tasting like alco-pops.

I greatly enjoyed the cocktails at PJ Clarke's in Manhattan, don't know if anything similar exists in Westchester.

Harvest-on-Hudson has excellent bartenders, even if the food is mediocre. They also open up an outdoor bar in the summer, although the bartender out there is usually B team. I'm not sure what reasonably priced means to you but Harvest is an excellent place for cocktails.

Maud's in Hastings sounds like it's for you.

Just a heads up. Mixologists create fine cocktails. The term came into use in the very late 1700's, and denoted a barkeep who excelled at creating fine cocktails. The "well-made, classic cocktails" you are talking about were all created by mixologists.

It's uneducated low end bartenders that "boast 50 different variations of martinis, or places where the cocktails end up tasting like alco-pops."

That said, I haven't had a cocktail in Westchester yet, that is what I would call a fine cocktail.
