Rough week, need good food, better drinks, don't mind spending a lot

Going out with a few friends tonight, men and women, we've all had a rough week. Would love some place with an outdoor area or at least doors open onto the street. Open to neighborhood but prefer something below 42nd street. Pitchers of margaritas or sangria wouldn't hurt either.

I really liked the drinks at Tabla and they have a section outside that faces the park. Food looked really good too.

I rarely choose to sit in on-street dining areas, but Tabla's outdoor patio with a view of Madison Square Park across the street is very nice, and the food is quite good.

Bottino, on 10th, b/t 24th & 25th, has a lovely back garden. The food's delicious. I don't know if they have margaritas or sangria.
