Cuban at Lucca
I just had Lucca's Italian version of the popular cuban sandwich and have to say it was fantastic. It starts with their incredible pulled wild boar in place of the traditional pork. The next layer adds the salty prosciutto cotto in place of ham, and is finished up with fontina cheese and topped with a pickle spear and mustard.The only thing I'm not in love with is the sweet brioche bread that it is served on, but it is still a very worthy sandwich to share at the bar with one of their new jalapeno infused margaritas.
