I'm looking for a really good mexican lunch deal in Murray Hill or Kips Bay. Under $15 per person for this. No drinking today. Flavor and portion is priority, don't care what the place looks like as much.

I'm having lunch with coworkers in about 45 minutes. I work on 31st and Park.
