Road trip questions - Maryhill, WA to Eugene, OR

Hi everyone, My mom and I will be traveling from Royal City, to Maryhill and then on to Eugene/Springfield for the upcoming Relay4Life. We have no specific plans on wether to drive the WA side or the Oregon side of the Columbia once we get to Maryhill. Is there a decent place to take her to dinner at somewhere along the gorge area? We hope to visit the Wagonyard BBQ while in Eugene, but reccomendations for breakfast and dinner would be wonderful. Have cruised these boards and seen some recs for Eugene. Appreciate any and all help offered. Thanks
