UW area locale to bid fond farewells

I'm hoping for suggestions of a place in the UW area where 15 or so internationally diverse post docs can meet to say goodbye to colleagues.

Are you looking for a sit down, nice-ish place for dinner or a beers and burgers place for a rousing farewell? We always take our postdocs/grad students to Shultzy's or Agua Verde but those places are very casual.
