  1. Gotta think Marty's Martignetti's, or one of the other bigs would have it. Also, if it is distributed in MA, and store can order it for you...

Marty's definitely sold it in their Allston location (now closed), I assume they'd have it in the larger Newton store too.

Saw some at Martignetti's on Soldier's Field Road a few days ago.

    2. well i did see some armenian brandy at Gordons. it came in a glass slipper sculpture and i took a picture with my lousy cellphone camera! so i bet they have the ararat.

If you like that - check out this scimitar of Azerbaijani "konyaki" that some visiting Russian friends brought us.

      2. You guys are amazing, thank you.....I see Gordon's does sell it on thier website and I'll be in Watertown on Saturday. I'm not sure I'll go for the glass slipper but it might make a nice holiday gift for my sister though.

Most liquor stores around here have it - regularly seen it at Gary's in West Roxbury. Also seen it at Russian joints with hard liquor, like international bazaar on beacon near summit ave.

        2. Try Vahe's liquors on Main Street in Watertown, west of Watertown Square. There is a liquor store in Framingham that sells it too, on Rt. 9 wb just east of the 126 intersection.

          1. Infomaniac, I was just wondering, where can I buy it in NYC? I've been looking online as well, but it would be so much easier to go someplace and buy it.

            Thanks

Astor Wine & Spirts on Lafayette near East 4th Street is where I have bought it in the past. I'll be in NYC next week but don't know if I'll make it tthere to check it out for you. You should call before you visit to see if they have any.

            2. some of the Russian stores in the area sell it- try BAZAAR on Beacon street in Brookline

              1. I recently bought some Georgian brandy at a corner liquor store in Watertown and have been really enjoying it. I'd have to imagine that Ararat is pretty readily available too, given the large Armenian population.
