Happy hour specials

Some friends and I would like to start getting together for happy hour. None of us is that familiar with what's out there, being hip a non-mainstream sort of way.

We need a place that has at least a few gluten-free appetizers to choose from, and also serves hard cider or margaritas.

Anyone know of someplace that fits the bill?

    Are you in downtown Minneapolis?

Your requirements are sort of pointing me in conflicting directions. Masa has margaritas and food that sounds gluten-free to me, but they don't list cider on their website. Solera seems like another good possibility but I can't find a drink list other than wine, and being Spanish they may not have margaritas.

Pizza Luce meets all of your criteria, at least at the downtown location. They have pretty nice specials.
