Title says it all. Center city or the main line would be perfect, gracias,

  1. I like the fried oyster app at Square on Square... I'm sure they are not fresh from the waters or anything, but they are plump and tasty.
I noticed them on the menu at Adsum, but didn't try them.

Thanks, I didn't know Adsum had them... been meaning to check that place out, it's getting harder and harder to resist! Damn diet!

I've had delicious fried oysters in the past at Standard Tap. They were served with a homemade mayo. Order some beers and you have a perfect meal.

    2. I too am looking for good fried oysters and especially good fried oysters tucked into a delicious po'boy. I noticed Chickie's Italian Deli on federal has one on their menu - has anyone had it?

No, but the po' boy at Grace Tavern is awesome, with the caveat that is has probably been 12-18 months since I've last had it.

Catahoula just opened up and it has a pretty awesome looking menu

Plus the pics from Beer Lass are what got me looking for fried oysters in the first place

Good beer list, reasonable prices, it's definitely on my list of places to try out.
