Saturday wait at Prime Meats?
How long can one reasonably expect for a table of 4?

Recently, on a nice Friday night at about 8:30 or so, we were quoted an hour at Prime Meats for a table of 3; it took about an hour and a half. It will depend on if they're using the carriage house for a private event or Frankie's that evening. (I've been to Prime Meats when they've operated the carriage house as an extension of PM and also when it's been an extension of Frankie's.)
