Picnic supplies in Union Square?

Here is the deal - we hired a limo to go wine tasting in Napa on Saturday. We have a tight/rigid schedule, visiting 4 wineries. We'd like to get picnic supplies before the limo picks us up from the hotel (Westin St. Francis) rather than stopping along the way or in Oakville or Dean and Deluca (don't want to waste the time-we're basically going to be eating in the limo). I know Ferry Building would be preferable would love to find a decent deli/grocery with nice meats and cheeses and maybe prepared salads right in Union Square. Whole Foods or Trader Joe's would be fine but closest one is not that close. We won't have a car or refrigeration or any plates/utensils/serving dishes. My last resort is that I will take a cab to the Ferry Building and back before the limo comes but would rather find somewhere decent to get provisions in Union Square. Thanks!

There's a Bristol Farms in the Westfield mall in Union Square that would probably serve your needs quite adequately.

Second this, check out the food court at the bottom floor in the Bloomingdale's shopping center. They have a really nice selection of everything. It's on Market street, just a few block from you.

TJs on 9th or Bay are cab-able. I'm visualizing a place on Maiden Lane. How early is your pickup? The Cellar at Macys would work but not before 10. Actually before 10 would be a problem just about anywhere around US, I'm thinking.

A.G. Ferrari on Mission and 3rd is another possibility
