Is Lola's back in Oak Bluffs on the Vineyard?

I read in this week's MV Times that Lola's has reemerged and is booting Mediterranean out of that space, Has anyone been to Lola's to confirm this? I know Lola's has always had its loyal customers, but I preferred the food at Mediterranean. Would love a first hand report if anyone has one.

I don't think Lola's booted them out--heard that Mediterranean defaulted on their loan so it reverted to Lola's ownership. Food hasn't been the greatest at Lola's for several years, but it is the best place on the island for nightlife--great bands and dancing, great atmosphere.

Can answer my own question directly from the source. There was a major dispute with the owner of Lola's who leased the space to Mediterranean. Mediterranean is out and Lola's is officially back. Great news for Lola's fans but heartbreaking for Mediterranean groupies.
