What's up with Los Balcones del Peru?

I work near there and it has been closed, with the windows papered over, for several days now. Normally I'd assume they might be filming something in there, but there are none of the usual signs of filmmaking activity (trucks, lights, etc.). Does anyone know what's going on?

    According to an item on EaterLA, they're renovating & will reopen this weekend. Good news!

      I just checked their rating - it's 98, so they haven't failed any inspections.
