Classy piano bar / jass club for after dinner drinks

We are headed to Cut tomorrow evening for dinner and are looking for a nice, classy piano bar, jazz club, or other similar location to relax and listen to some adult music while having a cocktail or two.

Preferably something in downtown, Hollywood, etc.

Casa del Mar Hotel has a piano/jazz thing in the bar/lobby.

Doesn't the Ritz Carlton downtown have a piano in the lounge? Regardless it's pretty adult and you can't beat the views.

It would be hard to beat the Bel Aire Hotel. I spent an unforgettable evening there many years ago.

The Bel Aire is still closed for remodeling...until sometime next year.

Yes, they closed the entire hotel.
