I was eyeing that Motorino for this evening....

CocoaNut -- Which Sopresetta one do you like? The Paulie Gee seems tastiest to me (then again I'm a sucker for carmelized onions!)

Hey there...we don't have the Motorino at Times Ten...but we do have the Paulie Gee and it is my personal favorite!

Had to lookup the menu. The "ella'. When it comes to pizza, I'm a minimalist. But this was the first I'd had of ANY sopresetta picante - loved it!. Our server said it was from Jimmy's. Went to buy some, but there were several different varieties and they were too busy for me to bother asking for someone who would know.

jjerrier! I believe you are one in the same from Southlake's Campania's a while back? Went there last Friday for the first time in over a year. REALLY bad..... Had a lunch Margherita and paninni - won't detail, but won't go back either. (no response required!)

On a different note - any chance of you bringing Il Cane to Southlake/Grapevine/Colleyville????

Unfortunately I am the same jerrier with campania southlake. I am just a minority investor there and was heavily involved with them when we first opened - even getting certification from Vera pizza napoletana at one point. I pulled our certification when I saw the staff refused to follow the guidelines. Since starting cane rosso, have kind of given up on southlake. That being said, I actually am having a meeting there today to discuss the issues out there. Fingers crossed we can get it back on track...

Also - we get our soppressata from salumeria biellese in ny. Jimmy's has Volpi brand which is not bad.

j, Thank you for the info on your soppressata! I'll never be happy with another "light" pork (not talking @ sausage) on a pizza again. :) Please make some type of posting if you decide to bring this goodness out "west" (SL, GV or CV)!

Hope your meeting was productive today.

Paulie Gee is my favorite, but the Zoli isn't bad either. Ack, I miss ICR....
